CNC 5-axis milling and turning in addition to EDM belong to the high-precision manufacturing processes for your tools, up to a weight of 1 ton.
CAD-CAM interfaces reduce programming efforts to a minimum, all common 2D and 3D data can be used. CNC simulations ensure the workflow.
We also manufacture tools for external injection moulding companies. The major advantage here is that we sample and amend within a short period in house and you therefore receive a production mold and not a trial mold!
